Create a colourful piece of Portuguese-inspired wall art with the Costa Cabral Portuguese Tile Needlepoint Kit by Unwind Studio. The geometric design is based on an azulejo found on Rua de Costa Cabral in Porto, Portugal, reflecting the decorative ceramic tiles seen across the city’s historic façades. Once stitched, the 19 x 19cm design can be framed and displayed as a handmade reminder of Portugal.

The premium 12-mesh Zweigart interlock canvas comes pre-printed with the complete tile pattern, providing a clear stitching guide for beginners. Everything you need is included, with Appletons tapestry wool, two size 18 tapestry needles, colour mapping and a detailed instruction booklet. Cotton bias tape is sewn around the canvas edges to keep them neat and comfortable to hold.

Established in 2020 by Cristina Cerqueira, Unwind Studio collaborates with artists from around the world to transform original illustrations and cultural motifs into contemporary needlepoint projects. Each kit is made in Portugal using quality materials, practical instructions and portable, sustainable packaging.
