We aim to ensure all product descriptions, pricing and images are accurate at the time of publication. As many of our products are sourced from independent makers and suppliers, slight variations in colour, packaging or appearance may occur.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.
- Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
- Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where:
- Products are unavailable
- Payment cannot be processed
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
- Pricing or listing errors have occurred
If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
- Shipping
Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We ship within Australia only using Australia Post.
By placing an order, you authorise Australia Post to leave parcels in a safe place if available. Foxglove Society is not responsible for parcels once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.

- Intellectual Property
All website content including branding, logos, photography, graphics, product descriptions and written content is the property of Foxglove Society unless otherwise stated.
