Refund policy

At Foxglove Society, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused and unopened

  • Products are returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.

Return address details will be provided once your return request has been approved.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@foxglovesociety.com.au

To assist with your claim, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A refund

  • Store credit where appropriate

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for products with major faults and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Adult Use Only

Foxglove Society products are designed for adults and may contain small parts unsuitable for children.
