Shipping policy

Foxglove Society currently ships within Australia only. Standard shipping is offered at a flat rate of $9.95 and generally takes between 3-5 business days. Free shipping is offered for all orders over $79.00 delivered within Australia. 

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Dispatch Timeframes
Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and Australia Post network conditions. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are indicative only.

Authority to Leave
By placing an order, you authorise Australia Post to leave your parcel in a safe place where available.

Foxglove Society is not responsible for parcels once they have been marked as delivered by Australia Post.

PO Boxes
We are happy to ship to PO Boxes within Australia.

Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delays
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to peak periods, weather events or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Foxglove Society is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information.
