Create your own Henri Matisse with this Cut & Make Puppet Kit by Wini Tapp. Celebrating the influential French artist known for his expressive use of colour, the illustrated design depicts Matisse wearing glasses, a red hat and a vividly patterned suit. The puppet pieces are printed on sturdy FSC-certified 350gsm cardstock and connected with the included brass split pins to form movable joints.

Follow the simple instructions to cut out each piece before assembling your Henri Matisse paper puppet. Once complete, the articulated arms and legs can be arranged in different poses. The finished figure measures approximately 32cm tall and can be hung directly on a wall or displayed as colourful framed artwork. It fits an A3 or 8 x 10 inch frame, including deeper shadow box styles.

Founded by illustrator and educator Louise Burgess, Wini Tapp creates imaginative paper craft kits in Hastings, East Sussex. Louise first developed her articulated puppets for children attending an art workshop, but quickly found that adults enjoyed making and displaying them too. Every Wini Tapp puppet is illustrated, printed and packaged by Louise, resulting in an original collection of creative kits inspired by celebrated artists and cultural figures.
