Founded in Melbourne in 2018, SOHMO creates thoughtfully designed sewing tools for makers who appreciate the difference a good-quality tool can make. Founder Sonya Morris developed the Australian brand after struggling to find well-made sewing essentials that combined practicality, quality and good design, building a collection intended to be used and enjoyed for years.

Our SOHMO collection brings together beautifully considered essentials for hand sewing and embroidery, including Japanese-made sharps needles, colourful magnetic needle minders, compact Matchbox scissors, a retractable tape measure and Italian-made gold thimble.
