Inspired by a critically endangered bee native to eastern North America, this charming insect embroidery kit features a wonderfully fluffy yellow and black bumblebee stitched onto soft green cotton. Display your finished design in its wooden hoop or give it as a thoughtful handmade gift.

This beginner-friendly bee embroidery kit has everything you need included, with premium DMC cotton threads, shimmering DMC Diamant floss, John James embroidery needles and pre-stamped fabric. Digital instructions provide a stitch guide, colour guide and interesting facts about your bee, while a bonus stick-and-stitch design offers another little project to try. The finished embroidery measures approximately 10cm in diameter.

Designed in Edmonton, Canada, by self-taught textile artist Carley Pettitt, Nest Embirdery kits draw on her background in zoology and wildlife conservation. Carley discovered embroidery as a way to calm her mind and manage anxiety, and donates 10% of profits to animal conservation.
