Based on an azulejo found on Rua de Cedofeita, the design features a curved botanical pattern in blue, white and golden yellow. At 19 x 19cm, the finished needlepoint is ideal for framing or giving to someone who loves Portugal, travel and traditional tilework.

The complete artwork is printed directly onto premium 12-mesh Zweigart interlock canvas, making the pattern straightforward to follow for first-time stitchers. The kit contains everything you need, including Appletons tapestry wool, two size 18 tapestry needles, colour mapping and a comprehensive needlepoint booklet. Cotton bias tape finishes the canvas edges to prevent fraying and provide a comfortable surface to hold.
