Are your craft kits suitable for beginners?
We certainly think so! Most of our craft kits are designed with beginners in mind and include the materials and instructions needed to get started. Individual product pages contain specific skill level information when relevant.
Do I need to buy any additional materials?
As a general rule of thumb, most of our craft kits include everything you need to complete the project. Any additional items required will be clearly listed on the product page.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days from our Australian warehouse. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you can generally expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Foxglove Society currently ships within Australia only. Standard shipping is offered at a flat rate of $9.95 and generally takes between 3-5 business days. Free shipping is offered for all orders over $79.00 delivered within Australia.
What is your returns policy?
At Foxglove Society, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unused and unopened
- Products are returned in their original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
