Create a wonderfully whimsical display for your favourite plants with the Set of 3 Mushrooms Paint Your Plant Stakes Kit by DIY The Hell Not. Featuring three different mushroom shapes, cap sizes and silhouettes, this paint-your-own kit lets you design a colourful collection of fungi for indoor pots, herb gardens and covered planters.

Everything you need is included, with three laser-cut MDF mushroom stakes, 12 acrylic paints and two paintbrushes. Choose classic woodland colours, create bright spotted toadstools or mix the fast-drying paints to invent your own fantasy fungi. Each mushroom has a different shape and size, adding variety and visual interest when the finished stakes are arranged together. To help protect them from moisture, seal every painted surface and exposed edge with water-based polyurethane, clear acrylic varnish or an outdoor-rated Mod Podge.

Founded by Army veteran and mum Anna-Barbara, known as Anna, DIY The Hell Not creates small-batch painting projects in her rural Pennsylvania workshop. Produced in limited runs rather than mass-produced, these playful craft kits encourage beginners and experienced makers to experiment with colour, embrace imperfection and enjoy creating something by hand.
